Mueffelmann was previously CEO of Cryptzone and HiSoftware; where he oversaw the sale to a private equity firm, restructured into a US-based entity, drove the combination and growth of the entities across 4 continents through an expanded distribution channel of high-velocity, enterprise and channel sales, as well as raised a Series B round of funding for $15m.

Previously, Kurt was Sr. Vice President and General Manager of $50m in revenue for both the Document Output Solutions and Business Process Solutions lines of business at Bottomline Technologies (NASDAQ: EPAY); which acquired one of his other firms Create!form International. He has also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of RealWorld Corporation, where he oversaw successful acquisitions by Great Plains Software, now part of Microsoft.
