    Correct, but we can tell that he is responsible for roughly 10% of total sell volume over the period. If drip fed, then it definitely adds to sell pressure consistently. Or he is selling into volume as it builds, preventing breakouts...

    IF MoF Is looking to accumulate and he offload, an off-market transaction would make a lot of sense. I know many have spoken of it so far, but do we have any knowledge that their new biotech fund is looking to accumulate more of RAC? It could be that the new fund is for a different set of opportunities they have identified or they may transfer existing holdings into the fund to balance out risk weightings.
