Ann: Change in substantial holding, page-3

Oh…thinking a bit more about it now. I got the value mixed up, it’s 4 times bigger than I thought. It’s 400,000 shares for $100K at 25 cents. Still, I thought there were decent sized sellers about at the moment for 25-30 cents. One would like to see market forces at work satisfying such a buyer, sending the price up, rather then on off market trade done.

So is it some kind of off-market arrangement between mates, a bit like the Darren/Duncan deal?

Anyone know who the individual is behind the purchaser’s super fund? I’ve been asking a few dogs, but none of them know.
