Obviously they cannot predict the report, but I generally feel that TWE has performed extremely well given the circumstances and that they have acted in a very calculated and proactive manner in regard to the headwinds they have faced. Who knows, the lack of China could mean that they are able to focus a lot more on the US market, and by the time they have developed a competitive position in the USA the Chinese tariffs could be removed which would certainly cause a rerate. Chinese demand has not disappeared and will not, according to my sources in China Penfolds is even more revered as a symbol of status due to its lack of availability; being flaunted on social media as a way of boasting the status and feeding the ego of certain individuals. I feel the actions of management will be compensated soon in a PE ratio that is more akin to that of many other companies in this industry, which tend to be very high!
