Huon is just a plaything for Twiggy to make money. He will either get paid for his time in terms of a higher bid or really wants his toy (Huon).

It all really depends on his conviction to create an aquaculture empire or not.

Looking at Huon the founders the Benders have had enough hence selling out. So the company is just a shell.

So what is his interest? Learn on the job from the worst performing public company or sell into higher bid.

I am betting the moral high ground is BS. He wants another few percentage points like us.
