Interesting JBS can go hostile and remove the 80 percent requirement and take as many shares as possible and sought out Twiggy on its own.

That would be interesting how much leverage he has if JBS is determined to take over.

Alternatively Twiggy should just buy the company himself and make it the way he wants instead of being annoying.
