Ann: Change in substantial holding, page-4

this is a very interesting scenario that's been playing out for almost 3 months now since 28th May, with NAOS

GTK related - Substantial Holder accumualtions

• 13th August - Substantial Holder recently took and addtional $2,254,262 stake for 1,154,195 shares ~ $1.95 / share
• 19th July - Substantial Holder took and addtional $3,673,429 stake for 1,922,449 shares ~ $1.91 / share
• 14th July - Substantial Holder took and addtional $2,024,885 stake for 1,061,079 shares ~ $1.908 / share8th July - Substantial Holder took and addtional $2,398,082 stake for 1,253,049 shares ~ $1.914 / share
• 21st June - Became a substantial holder between 28th May and 18th June with $23,187,393 for 12,066,322 shares ~ $1.92 / sharethese collectively brings up their stake to 17.64% or 17,457,094 shares

and all of that acivity is what caught my attention on the charts with the multiple new 12 month rolling highs and the shift upward to be on the verge of medium term (ma) crossing longer term (ma)

So I've read the Company the presentations, done some other research and also found out that another Intelligent Investment service / website has an view on it too with a price target of $2.80

anyway, here's the chart that triggered my research and is explained by the above NAOS activity:



so that's NAOS acquiring $31m worth of stock in those 3 months !! at prices above $1.91

still a chance to get in for around their entry price too
