If what you say is true, one could consider that behind the scenes activities regards testing and proving the RECCE antibotics are proceeding well as expected and according to plans, that to me is good news.
Graham would not give / sell shares to his family if they (the shares) were not good or going well as a company. I would also consider this a POSSIBLE indication that things are about to change, he will want his family to do well out of this deal.
