You were attacking the company for something no fault of their own? I simply stuck up for them. If they were in the wrong, we wouldn't be having this conversation & the issue would be brought up to management.
Not sure what you are trying to achieve with the last point - please raise the issues as everyone has a different viewpoint on Management, maybe you have picked up something none of us have?
