I agree and that's why I am still holding..
Top-up... mmmm i don't know about that without any news from the company. I initially bought in at 15.5c (a year ago). Then sold at 55c all my holding. Then re bought in at 40c and 35c thinking it wouldn't go lower.. I was wrong. Without any news top-up is hard and risky I say (learning from my past mistakes).
I rather top-up at 30c with solid updates/news than top-up at 15c with no news!
Just my opinion!
