It is dependant completely on who else is holding acreage at pooling of Rangers. So if Exxon don't hold leases at the pooling order then the only way for them participate is to buy out remaining pooled or forced pooled participants.
Time will tell, however for the nature and quality of SCOOP/SWISH there is a high probability of other tier 1 operators who were competing for leases and creating a DSU that will be involved.
