Smart money buying, dumb retail money (Annie et al) selling. Smart money knows that the change in share price is due to temporary disruptions that have been exacerbated (in terms of the share price) by psychological factors, largely due to pessimism caused by the recurring downgrades as well as continued media attacks against A2M. Dumb retail money are trading purely on emotions rather than looking at the bigger picture. While Annie and others may be laughing now if they sold anywhere above current prices, we'll be laughing at them pretty soon when these bad times are all but forgotten and the share price is climbing beyond ATHs
