So a major share holder who held over 61M shares sells over 9 Million shares reducing holdings to 51M and the announcement gets 3 upvotes. so three people are hoping stock goes down or they did not even read the announcement. Any guesses which? I guess there is another option they read it but could not make sense out of it. The first line with numbers explains what is being reported.
