    the reason the Collins st Value fund is buying is because they think they will either get their 55c soon or better still they will get offered Carsome stock instead. They therefore would be getting into Carsome at a discount. It may be a very difficult ipo to get . It is possible ICQ could trade at a premium if Carsome offers the script alternative that Catcha took for 19.9% of the company.
