Then Catcha-Carsome 28.5%. Likely structured as scheme of arrangements with agreement from ICQ board. My understanding is that SA would lower threshold to 75% then mandatory. Cavet, shareholders may be divided into two seperate classes with Catcha-Carsome segregated, hence 10% stake becomes more like 14%.
