Problem is they still have shed loads of shares and CS will be playing with the shares by shorting. There's still is a massive overhang and until they are gone, the share price is their new shiny plaything. I've seen the same dance play out on other stocks.
They will sell again when the next positive announcement comes out and ADR will not make real gains in SP until they are gone.
Don't confuse this with knocking the Company. I like the Company, its products and its future and this is part of the pain they need to go through to take it to the next stage.
