Really not sure I get the Delphi manipulation angle. Why would you push the shares down just to pick up $1.5m in shares, and in doing so create a paper loss on your total holding of $2.8m?. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot. I suspect that without the Delphi the share price might have dipped to 0.15 rather than being at 0.215.
