Check the recent history of VEN purchases. Confidence that sibling Asimwe and his team will deliver the "bounty" in my opinion.

If purchases were made in VEN to pursue Asimwes ability to deliver a bounty. It would clearly suggest they arent interested in buying any for delivering the bounty here and doesnt that reflect very badly on this project if thats the case?
