You seem to have misinterpreted my words - I wasn’t suggesting the fault of the lag lay with SO4 at all - clearly it was Lombard Odier’s tardiness given the date of the signature. I think it’s very odd - this is the investment arm of one of the largest and most prominent private banks in Europe and they have entire divisions dedicated to compliance. A two and a half month delay in recognising and/or filing a change in substantial shareholding is not normal at all.
