Right on schedule!!!

Better than our expectation of 10 million shares remaining after today's trading. Perennial Value Management have 9.1 million left as at 21 September. So, yesterdays and today's trading activities aren't factored into this 'Notice of change of interests of substantial holder' statement.

Looks like Perennial aren't playing around anymore and are looking to get out ASAP.

Still, as per our last post a couple of minutes ago, we wouldn't be surprised to see another 'Notice of change of interests of substantial holder' statement next week. Today's trading volume was crazy and we bought more as a result - sentiment is in the floor and as Warren Buffett says, "buy when blood is on the streets".

That said, we still believe this isn't over by any stretch and lower prices await. Management are terrible communicators and don't seem to care about the share price as well, with the latest virtual presentation last year (not including the one on Small Caps which wasn't reported to the market) and the last preso in Feb this year...and the last management letter letting us know what's going on in March.

Still, it's a great opportunity for the brave to buy from Perennial if you believe in the tech and think there's going to be an armour deal early next year (3rd quarter of FY22).

An armour deal could send this above 50 cents...

Next 'Notice of change of interests of substantial holder' statement will be a 'ceasing to be a substantial shareholder' update. Perennial Value Management doesn't have to report any sales under 5%.

This is a major loss for Perennial Value Management who bought at 20c and in the placement at 45 cents last year.

Expecting a ceasing to be a substantial shareholder update next week.
