They need a new, highly regarded, solid chair, better board and advisors etc.
Larry and Pete are visionaries, but they are not corporate M&A lawyers or bankers.
They need the support to let them build and drive the vision, and hope that they have the experience and leadership behind them to support where they and holders, want to go.
