Small funds like Richmond Hill often have to sell to meet redemption requests or just because they need the money for another investment. A single investor like this is a double edged sword, they drive the share price up heavily when buying but unfortunately we are currently on the other edge of that sword. Let's hope they don't need to exit their entire position as its going to put a fairly firm lid on the share price. That said, makes for a good buy price.
