    yeah.. why not ask JP to buy $1Mil worth of shares at 25% premium before we can buy 5k worth.. only then will I be confident enough to part with my hard earned

    I'm absolutely sure mate if given a choice nobody pays retail same as nobody pays all the tax without getting creative at return time Why would you?
