Very interesting transaction, I was thinking the same thing about a full T/O. They said a while back they wouldn't do anything with their holding until a clearer picture was know in relation to the CA outcome. Well that's done and dusted and now they've shown their hand.
I hope it does happen as I want to exit completely and deploy funds else where.
