I'm not saying that is a sponsored article for the hedge fund concerned... But it sure reads a lot like it.
Take this closing line for instance:
"The Geometrica Fund is using proprietary data to short other local and global businesses. One is a popular e-commerce business on the ASX that Hui’s data shows is heading for trouble. “We are typically loath to disclose our process for obvious reasons,” he says. So, for now, this short bet will have to remain undisclosed."
I mean, that is basically an ad for Geometrica, right?
