I would not state they are a shit stain of a company personally. I can only say experiences of the past and as hoots states I do not even try and understand what the hell it is they do. The only thing that history gives me is experience enough to say that generally UBS buy up that this is historically not a good sign for the share price. I do agree though with werdplay that they usually bounce above and below the 5% disclosure mark and I do not recall them going this high. What does that mean? Shoulder shrug.
