The provider of the Form 604 - announcing the change in Capital H Management's substantial has got his facts wrong per the Form's Item 3, or he/she's telling porkies.
Either
1) the latest date quoted - of 18 Oct - because no trades took place yesterday at the Form's range maximum buy price of 14.0. The latest date at which such volume was bought was IMO, over a few days, if at a max. of 14.0, back in late Sep. as total volume on the days since then was rarely in excess of 500,000.
or
2) if that latest date is right, then the max. price of the range stated on the Form would have to have been higher than 14.0 Trust me......
