Seems to be an investment company of the Fogarty Family.

Brett Fogarty was the owner of GRD Engineering. GRD engineering was a mining engineering company operating in WA based in Perth. He sold his GRD stake in 2007 for $120M.

Seems like his sons and him are now using some of that money to investment through 3rd Wave.

I would expect Brett Fogarty, with his mining engineering experience and contacts in the field, would be pretty good at finding good value mining companies.

They don't come much better value than RVR.
