All the patient Longs knew that a notice like this would be imminent. Trading/PA thesis confirmed.
Nearly 200k Shorts had already dropped off by Friday, not sure about numbers for today.
I'll check the data tomorrow, but I think some big money is now holding price down and accumulating on the volatility and might be in a position to make some easy money on a rebound swing trade or hold to increase voting power, access and influence.
