Nothing to be concerned about. David is the original land owner of Siviour and was given just under 20% of the company a few years back. From memory the SP was around 2 cents back then. He has been selling here and there for ages, even as low as 1 cent or a bit lower. It held the SP back for a very long time when the daily volumes were much lower, I don't think his selling is going to matter moving forward.

Selling at 13 cents is a big profit for him so fair enough I guess, just not that smart in the way he sells his holdings. Surely he could do an off market sale, especially now.

Still the biggest holder but it wont matter once contracts are binding and finance is sorted as they will be plenty of buyers prepared to take his shares.
