I did a preliminary site visit in early May and by chance met an ex-farmer in Arno Bay whom had sold out and was now living in Port Lincoln I believe.
He noted that nothing had progressed on site since his sale and the locals regarded it as a promoter’s pie in the sky.
My un-educated subsequent view of the general area characteristics didn’t deter me from topping up !
