Im told Perennial are reducing their holdings in a number of stocks, perhaps they are thinking what I have started thinking.... is the world going to start to revert back to normal, ie real interest rates??. If it does then some say its good policy to hold some cash to play the dips. DOC is not geared so it will not suffer from increase in rates, unlike for example Dominos which is leveraged. Also, DOC represents an opportunity to provide low cost health care in an environment that is struggling to fund health care, a good value proposition imo.
