Fidelity already had a substantial holding from participating in the 0.42$ placement last year, otherwise this would have been an "initial substantial holding" notice and not a "change in substantial holding" notice.
As per the notice, it seems that they participated in the first tranche, buying 8,867,790 shares which is 5.14m$.
We will see if they got any from tranche 2 after the EGM vote and the quotation of the securities on the ASX.
