I would go as far as saying management not buying at the current stage is a positive for us shareholders.
My reasoning is VC is obviously out to get the current directors and wants payback for taking the company out of her hands. If I was VC and noticed a director has put their own money in, I would be more inclined to destroy that persons wealth by selling down the current share price to a penny stock... which isn't what any of us want.
I'm happy for the directors to hold off buying, then once we clear VC's holding I'd like to see some on market buying by directors.
