    Hey Travis,

Equally it can also mean the style of the exec's who left didn't fit in with the Strategic Plan and direction of the company as laid out by the Board.

In Lowery's case that appears to be exactly what happened. He had his own thoughts about where the company should be focused, especially with Opsivity. The Board are implementing a much more expansive strategy of which Opsivity is one part of the whole. That isn't to say I agree with how his departure was handled. That has been acknowledged by management, the lessons learned.

In Lee-Renwick's case, he left to make way for Patrick Neise as CTO.

For anyone not familiar with his bio:

    Patrick Neise, Chief Technology Officer

Patrick began his career as a nuclear submariner in the U.S. Navy, which taught him the importance of Systems Thinking. Understanding the interactions of functional changes made across mechanical, chemical, and electrical when people’s lives were on the line was the ultimate proving ground.

In 2010, he transitioned his career to the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA), where he was a member of a select group of hackers known as the Red Team. which was established to protect government agencies from cyber threats.

He joined the private sector when he became the Chief Information Security Officer and Chief of Engineering at RealWear.

At Harvest, he is mapping out the vision and technology roadmap for the organisation and integrating solutions and features in a manner that can scale while leveraging the vast technical talent across the company.

Patrick holds a Doctorate in Engineering from George Washington University, a Masters in Information Security Engineering from the SANS Technical Institute, a Masters in Information Technology Management from Webster University, and a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

IMO the past few weeks have seen something playing out in the background with Moelis pulling the strings. This will become apparent in due course. Rumour has it, as acknowledged by krusty and others, that it's a Placement/CR corner-stoned by Moelis. If that's the case and Moelis take a lick because they see the opportunity, that can only be good for the company in the long run.

Anyone not familiar with Moelis should do some reading. These guys have considerable reach in the US, and the necessary experience - including the critical area of US Defence - to take Harvest to the next level:
