The bidder can go unconditional (drop the 90% condition) anytime so it wouldn't necessarily fail. The numbers are tracking in the right direction so I would expect given they already picked up nearly 76% they would proceed. Will be surprising to be a minority shareholder in something like this that requires capital to grow. Will be diluted out and eventually compulsory acquired.
