Amigo, according to Corazon's constitution (in Clause 36), shareholders must vote to approve a takeover bid (see quote below). Also, off-market purchases of shares is prohibited, and there has to be consistent notice given to the company when accumulation of shares is occurring (by the German or anyone else). I am surprised that generally +1 million shares are traded per day at this low price. Surely, unless there is a major personal reason to sell, now is the time to hold and watch the accumulation of shares push the share price northwards? Also, according to a recent announcement, Corazon is drilling the EL deposit which had the very richest grades of nickel and it is where Corazon made the fantastic discovery of a new high-grade deposit beneath the EL deposit (ie the EL Deeps). The visuals and assays should be spectacular IMO.

"The proportional takeover provisions set out in clause 36 of the Constitution provides that a proportional takeover bid for Shares may only proceed after the bid has been approved by a meeting of Shareholders held in accordance with the terms set out in the Corporations Act."
