You don't understand the game. Why wouldnt they take shares 50% below IPO price. If they applied for financial hardship and applied to have shared released from escrow to knock off on market if they done it from 20c they can take some cash with a free carried project through HVY and invest some of that cash elsewhere.
I don't think you understand this corporate game.
