Yes, @clare1. It seems that Joshua Baker's Capital H subscribed to some 17% of the placement through Taylor Collison. The fund is already showing a paper profit of ~25%. Other shrewd subscribers - including selected instos - are showing a similar profit.
Meantime, we can expect another Substantial Shareholder notice from the Richardson family. The family's recent sell-down allowed Capital H to take a strong position in the register.
Joshua Baker's decision to step into the market at 23c suggests Capital H may want to build it's second-ranking stake beyond 10.4%.
