Amigos, IMO it's time that there was a shake up in the board of Corazon. Below is a copy of Corazon's details on 27th October 2021. Since then a placement has occurred which would have diluted Hnaking, and Delphi is now holding almost 20% of shares. Board and Management hold a puny 2%. So IMO it would be better to replace the two non-executive directors, Mr Mark Yumin Qui and Mr Jonathan Downes, with directors who have experience with either 1) mining engineering at nickel sulphide operations and/or 2) producing/selling battery metals. Corazon now needs directors who are able to assist in the next stage of development - converting the resource at Lynn Lake into an operating mine. I hope Adelphi can use its influence to improve and fast-track Corazon's development.
