If people are so upset with regal, why don't you ask your directors for capraise for shareholders only. A 1 for 1 rights issue. At say 10 cents, that's 80m in. See how many shareholders walk the talk. Not even 50% will subscribe, watch.
all this crying about regal is only going to result in closing a cheap form of capraise for hio. As directors no doubt will be shy about issuing shares to regal, because of the backlash.
