I have been in multiple biotechs at exactly this point when accumulating entity just is about to reveal itself and milestone results ( in our case CNS candidate expected end of last year ) are late to arrive.
Share price usually is kept at frustrating levels but mid Jan will see a turn around, 2 weeks after change in substantial holder notice.

That entity does not accumulate for a half a year and acquires 63 mil at an average off market just above 15 cents without wanting to be positioned for a much higher share price to unfold.

I also agree that accumulation and price controls are merciless and have utterly exhausted market.
The entity has free reign over the price since some time, but so had other entities, like Pfizer agreeing to a licence deal with Voyager.
Shareholders had to endure a 65% price reduction prior. That took 8 months of misery, we are getting close.
It is one of the best examples durig 2021 to illustrate the progress towards success in biotech.
We have achieved several impressive milestones with a retreating share price, all sounding very familiar.

Maybe I’m crazy but I bought more.
I regard 13c as cheap given the excellent pre-clinical work done on RP-11.
