BH did the right thing, he served PYC and helped get it to where it is today, retired in March, step down as a director and I guess freeing up some cash for other things (not on market thankfully, to spare us minority shareholders, thoughtful of BH). He still owns about 200 million shares.
Nothing shady here, although I hope to see more director buys/new SH notice with current SP at 52 week lows
