I think they did state that if it was promising they would be taking it up, mentioning also that they were "partnering" with the Vietnamese Government to explore it. Given the Ta Khao processing plant, BSX personnel and equipment are mere kilometres away, and the fact BSX is likely to be operating the only nickel and battery cathode precursor refinery in the country, I can't imagine the Vietnamese Government awarding the project to any other entity. I take it as a given that it's BSX's tenement if they choose to make it so. That involves a degree of speculation however
