It´s all about supply and demand:
1)If you sell so many shares quickly - let´sassume a day - you would find a huge red candle in the chart.
2) The more you offer, the lower the price you get, because demand is not infinite at 11AUD level, so if nobody buys your big block, you need to lower the offering price
3) This may explain why we stuck at 11AUD level for several days (sideway trending since beginning of January)
4) When such a big block is biten away (bit by bit), the demand side is emptying and the remaining offerer will pay more, if there´s a lack of demand.
Btw, reading older announces from May and September 2021, you can see, that FMR accumulated over the year from about 48million to 65million shares.
At that time, they payed about 5-7AUD per share and now they ease their bulk risk by lowering their stake in this 2021 outperformer company at prices about 11AUD. Simple math: What´s (65-48)*1million shares*(11-6)AUD?
So, were those breath-in of shares at 5-7AUD and their (marked friendly) exhalation at 11AUD a nice journey with good profits? I would say yes.
