From memory creep rule is 3% every 6 months max and comes into affect over 20% orf the company and under 90%.
I haven't looked at dates of prior periods when his holding has increased to see if it is ever greater than 3% every 6 months
In reality if this holder is friendly with other major holders this company would be totally under their control. Having major stake and management control lest hope they are working to actually increase price rather than just keep accumulating quietly whilst knowing more about inner workings IMO than regular holders. Not a guarantee of riches as many companies still have management buy them and they are not as sucessful as their eagerness to own is but you have to know all teh parties and their overall financial proition to understand just what the risk and prospects of their investment is to them. Ie play lunch $ or all in and life changing.
