Here Is what numbers were for insiders and institutions. on Jan 19
If you go back to Sept 28 that was Fidelity increasing their owner ship from 6.28% to 7.2% now they are down to 6.2% effectively no change but a nice gain for them. When you consider 47 % is held by institutions and 3 % by insiders not a major event at all. If in a month I saw institutions sell 4 or 5 %, close to 10% of their holdings, then I would think about it.

Today Institutions hold only 37 %. On the 19th I said worry if they sold 4 or 5 %. They sold 10% of total shares or 20% of their holdings. and insider are down from 3 % to 1%. Could they both know stuff people on this board do not get? Do you think we would be OK if all these people got out? Like you suggested for Fidelity. How many shares do you think retail investors can absorb if institutions divest a lot more?

Not sure which is worse institutions or insiders, both are significant, Leaning toward insiders.
