    This would surely be insider trading? As a director you would know about the institutional placement at 1.15 AUD and the trading halt 2 days later? Sell at 1.40 AUD and know you can buy those shares back later? I don't know about insider trading but this smell veeeeery fishy to me...and is surely illegal?
    Thoughts?
