@Snorky 's not insinuating a cap raise but using that to emphasise a reason for manipulation, KK was expecting a raise at 40c.

A stock as illiquid as this is easily manipulated. Even if I sold all my shares at market the price would drop a couple of cents. Until there is decent liquidity in this stock it's at the hands of whoever chooses to control it. It reminds me why not to play with these stocks but CEL is just a no brainer IMO and I'm happy to park my cash here, still kicking myself for backing the truck up in June last year.

I'm calling announcement next week, what do you guys think?
