How do you figure Regal has sold 7m shares (or ADR equivalents)?
Regal's last substantial on 8 March disclosed an increase from 36 to 41 million shares (11.6%). Regal's holding via ADR unchanged about 6.6% So a total holding about 18%.If that changes by 1% (3.5 million shares) they must lodge another substantial within 2 business days. I believe that includes a holding via ADR. Nothing showing.
